3. Project Cancellation by Client

Clients may request cancellation of a project before work has commenced. If no work has been performed, a partial or full refund may be considered at our discretion after deducting any transaction, administrative, consultation, or processing fees.

If a project has already started, refunds will be evaluated based on the amount of work completed and resources allocated to the project.

4. Non-Refundable Services

The following items are generally non-refundable once purchased, delivered, activated, or initiated:

5. Refund Eligibility

6. Completed Work

No refunds will be issued for completed project milestones, delivered digital assets, approved designs, completed development work, or services that have been fully provided.

7. Client Delays and Non-Responsiveness

Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, content, approvals, credentials, and required project materials. Delays caused by the client do not qualify for refunds.

Projects that remain inactive due to client non-responsiveness may be paused, archived, or closed after a reasonable period.

8. Recurring Services and Maintenance Plans

For monthly maintenance, SEO, marketing, hosting management, or ongoing support plans, cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing cycle. Payments already processed for the current billing period are generally non-refundable.

9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Clients agree to contact us first to resolve any concerns before initiating chargebacks or payment disputes through banks, payment processors, or financial institutions.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of services and may require the recovery of delivered work and associated costs.
