Remote Life Health (RLH) is a healthcare services company based in Jacksonville, Florida, supporting medical providers with Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), Chronic Care Management (CCM), Principal Care Management (PCM), and Behavioral Health Integration (BHI) programs.
The Challenge
RLH works with healthcare providers, from single practices to multi-location organizations, who need to trust a partner with sensitive patient care programs before signing on. The site needed to:
- Explain four distinct healthcare programs (RPM, CCM, PCM, BHI) clearly, without losing non-specialist visitors in medical jargon
- Build credibility with healthcare decision-makers through a professional, trustworthy design
- Make it simple to book a demo directly from any page
- Support a case study section showcasing real client outcomes
- Stay easy to navigate for both single providers and larger multi-specialty organizations
The Solution
We built the RLH website on WordPress with WPBakery, giving the team a flexible page structure they can expand as new programs or case studies are added.
What we focused on:
- Dedicated program pages for RPM, CCM, PCM, and BHI, each explaining what the program does and who it’s for
- A clear, professional homepage layout built to earn trust with healthcare decision-makers
- Direct demo booking integration through Calendly, placed prominently across the site
- A case study section structured to walk through challenges, solutions, and outcomes for client organizations
- A downloadable resource (RPM fee schedule) to support visitors researching pricing
